permission is strictly prohibited. The prospective buyer agrees to this before placing the enquiry. The art works made
available for sale on website may not always be in the physical possession of COLORS Art Gallery and may be
physically located anywhere in the world.
2. All prices are quoted for unframed paintings.
3. All sales are against 100% payment in advance
4. The paintings will be shipped in a rolled or flat format in protective cylinders or in flat portfolios, for the paintings
that are shipped with glass frames, we can not provide any guarantee for the Glass, though utmost care is taken
while packing. However these can be dispatched under insured cover if the buyer so desires and the cost to be
born by the buyer.
The artwork will be delivered anywhere in the INDIA free of cost without frames accompanied
by an authenticity certifcates No hidden costs, Prices include Package & shipping in India. For Abroad only
shipping & Packaging FREE.
5.The dispatch will be done within 15 days of confirmed receipt of the full value of the shipment. Orders where
payment is by cheque will be shipped within 15 days after clearance of the same.
6.While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted on the website, it is
understood that since each painting is individually painted there may be variations in shade and colour. No
complaints in this regard would be entertained.
7.Disputes if any would be subject to HYDERABAD jurisdiction only.
8.Prices may change without prior notice, depending upon the artist's prevailing currency exchange rates.
9.Sold or unsold painting's and pictures may be deleted any time without prior notice.
10.The actual color/shades of items may vary from the picture on the site, due to the viewer's moniter settings.
